Analytics sits at the center of our vision. Our Marketing Analytics team is responsible for understanding and assessing impact of Root’s Marketing initiatives from the top of the funnel to lower funnel results, brand awareness tracking and investigation, and working with Marketing and Data Science partners on innovative efforts to leverage ML and LLMs to extend Root’s presence and reach while increasing efficacy and efficiency of Root’s marketing. As an Analytics Manager II, you’ll lead a team of four analysts as they conduct exploratory research, run tests, study the impacts of new business strategies, analyze the overall performance of marketing, and introduce new metrics and reporting to shape how we measure our business. You’ll work closely with leaders in Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering to achieve operational excellence and ensure strong deliverables with actionable insights. This role will report to the Director of Growth Analytics. Salary Range: $155,000 - $165,000 (Bonus & LTI Eligible) Root is a “work where it works best” company.
