Requirements

  • Candidates enrolled in graduate or PhD programs in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related disciplines are preferred; however, undergraduate students with hands-on experience in protein characterization are encouraged to apply.
  • Hands-on experience with HPLC systems equipped with UV and fluorescence detection, including released glycan analysis using the 2-AB (2-aminobenzamide) labeling method.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in protein characterization and proteomics study using mass spectrometry is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and finalize protein glycan analysis methods under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist with lentivirus characterization using mass spectrometry as needed.
  • Perform data analysis and support systematic troubleshooting; document method development activities and communicate progress and results to the project team.
  • Prepare and present research findings, interim updates, and final deliverables to the team as required.
