Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field.
5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical development or chemistry.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a GMP environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a team that delivers high‑quality analytical data to support development projects.
Set priorities, schedule activities, and guide your team to meet project timelines.
Ensure safe working practices and maintain high standards of data integrity.
Support development studies including stability testing and formulation understanding.
Maintain systems, procedures, and documentation that meet development and GMP expectations.
Provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities for team members.
Guide the review, interpretation, and presentation of analytical results.
