About The Position

Looking for highly motivated enthusiastic individuals to join the Wholesale Client Support team to assist the Client Owners with the support of their portfolio. Collaborative supportive hybrid work environment; minimum of 3 days in the office. As a Wholesale Client Support colleague the key purpose of the job is to ensure that Clients receive the best possible client experience, and the books and records of the bank are accurate and complete. The Wholesale Client Support Team (WST) assists the Front Office Corporate and Product teams in the pre-closing and closing phase of a transaction. After closing, responsible for monitoring all actions to maintain the portfolio of transactions. The WST colleague requests funding and instructs the loan and trade processing team for booking of transactions in relevant back-office systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience.
• Operations experience.
• Familiar with Commercial Lending Products, LCs, Term Loans, Revolvers.
• Wholesale product knowledge including IRS, Commodity Swaps, FX, deposits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the loan closing process with the local and global Operations teams
• Understand the new global way of working, lending structures, processes.
• Prepare Ad hoc reports and participate in projects.
• Work closely with the Business Change and Risk Team.
• Perform administrative duties of wholesale transactions/books
• Input/maintain facilities information in Electronic Term Sheet System (ETS), ensuring accurate information.
• Coordinate funding with Treasury using TCI.
