As a Client Support Analyst on the Galliard Client Support Team, the successful candidate will primarily contribute to the ongoing management and growth of Galliard’s institutional fixed income and stable value businesses. The Client Support Analyst role will report directly to the head of Galliard’s Client Support Team. This position will partner closely with senior members of the client relationship and investment teams, providing clients with portfolio administration, relationship management, project management, and servicing/reporting needs. The Client Support Analyst will coordinate with other internal stakeholders such as the Relationship Management/Distribution, Investments, Compliance, Legal/Contracting and Operational teams to deliver optimized solutions to meet each institutional client’s unique needs. This individual will also potentially assist business development initiatives and contribute to client communications and product positioning materials. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.
