Responsibilities The Warehouse EWM Analyst plays a critical role in providing Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) business support and expertise to the Warehouse and Logistics Process Team. This individual will be responsible for supporting operations by troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions, driving continuous improvement of warehouse processes, training and providing guidance to cross-functional teams, determining business impact of system or process changes impacting EWM, the creation and maintenance of EWM Master Data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of SAP EWM experience
  • Experience with SAP warehouse and inventory management processes
  • Comfort working with automated warehouse technologies (AGVs, ASRS, robotics)

Responsibilities

  • Actively maintain a safe work environment and comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements. Support site and corporate safety objectives in all daily activities.
  • Provide EWM functional support for day-to-day warehouse operations, including site start‑up and ramp‑up activities. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve EWM-related execution issues impacting production and warehouse performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business and quality impact and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Analyze EWM transactions and operational data to identify trends, improve throughput, and enhance process robustness. Support and/or lead continuous improvement initiatives, including mistake-proofing and process optimization.
  • Assess and communicate business impact of changes affecting EWM, including: Master data changes Interfaced systems (e.g., MES, WCS, LIFT, SAP) Operational or regulatory-driven process changes Participate in formal system testing (UAT, integration testing) prior to deployment.
  • Create, maintain, and govern EWM master data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Perform audits and reviews to proactively identify and resolve data quality issues. Partner with site and global teams to manage master data change requests.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials. Provide coaching and functional training to operators and support teams to increase EWM knowledge and capability.
  • Contribute to global master data and EWM initiatives. Participate in Power User forums to share best practices and lessons learned.
