Responsible for applying system analysis techniques and procedures to the hardware and software inventory by reviewing and analyzing trends in hardware and licensed software needs.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of PC technology.
Basic knowledge of IT asset inventory management best practices.
Ability to apply critical thinking skills and provide solutions on managing and improving hardware and software asset management.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
Ability to demonstrate advanced organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with others on the team.
Ability to remain professional and display integrity in all work situations.

Ability to work additional and/or flexible hours and shifts, as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree in business or information technology preferred.
1+ year of work experience in utilizing and managing inventory required.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of work experience in technology resource procurement, technology asset management, and/or technology bill preferred.

Responsibilities

Reviews and maintains an accurate inventory of hardware and software owned by Bank OZK according to standard procedures.
Ensures availability and timely delivery to meet the bank’s software needs by making sure satisfactory inventory levels are maintained for distribution.
Consults with teammates regarding licensed software requests and ensures system satisfactions are being used for installed software and hardware.
Prepares and reviews reports on technology asset inventory for anomalies to ensure accuracy.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
