About The Position

Assures the integrity of financial and supply chain data via preparation and/or review of data including general ledger, SCM data warehouse and dashboards, or other analyses. Works in a team environment providing support to Performance Consulting Sr. Analysts and leadership. Actively communicates and presents information to various audiences. Utilizes reporting tools to develop unique management financial information with significant institutional impact. May develop expertise and/or become primary owner of a technical process. Participates in the development, implementation, interpretation and application of SCM policies and procedures. Proactively identifies and communicates problems and opportunities and recommends options for increasing financial margin while preserving Mayo standards and minimizing risks. Participates in the development of variable-sensitive business models. Provides advanced analysis to department and institutional leadership and actively participates in the decision-making process. Mentors coaches and trains staff. This position works with multiple systems related to supply chain logistics and distribution. Systems such as Point of use systems, warehousing systems, and other inventory management. This position is recognized as a subject matter expert in both the physical and systematic operation of these systems. The expectation is to work closely with business users to ensure proper and efficient operations of the supply chain as well as perform process improvement as needed. Actively identify business problems and recommend solutions. Understand how data is turned into information and how that knowledge supports and enables key business processes. Work directly with business leaders providing consultation and support in the development, analysis, interpretation, and management of complex issues using data and analytical techniques. Has an in-depth knowledge of the business and an interest in going beyond the obvious to deliver value-add insights. Lead multi-disciplinary projects for process improvement or systems implementation. Assist with integrating analytics within all aspects of the digital supply chain. Utilize critical thinking skills to problem solve, formulate solutions, and make data-driven recommendations.
