About The Position

Evaluates customer needs and prepares reports, assuring integrity of financial and supply chain data, via presentation or review of general ledger, SCM data warehouse, dashboards, or other analysis. Utilizes appropriate reporting tools and resources in decision making, problem solving and development of SCM financial information. Provides support to higher level analysts and leadership, working in a team environment. Communicates and presents information to various audiences. May develop expertise and/or become primary owner of a technical process. Interprets and applies supply chain policies and procedures. Proactively identifies and communicates problems and opportunities and seeks input and participation in implementing solutions. Assists in the development of variable-sensitive business models. Provides analysis to department and institutional leadership. May mentor, coach and train staff. Provides operational support for SCM dashboards and reporting assets, including monitoring data refresh processes, break/fix support, and minor enhancements. Monitors and troubleshoots client data flows to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness; escalates issues as appropriate. Contributes to automation-enabled analytics initiatives such as automated data quality checks, intelligent monitoring, workflow orchestration, and AI-assisted analytic processes.
