Why you'll love this job Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance for policy and procedures and leading projects related to airport operations This job is a member of the Airport Operations Performance Readiness team within our Airport Operations Support group. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of ramp experience or related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook, and SABRE (DECS and RES)
  • Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable

Nice To Haves

  • Prior technical writing experience
  • Proven leadership experience and qualities

Responsibilities

  • Updating and maintaining the Ramp Operations Manual (ROM)
  • Management and issuance of all DRAUTH keywords for load closeout responsibilities,
  • Collaboration with Crew Chief working groups to resolve issues
  • Work on Ad Hoc projects as needed
  • Responsible for risk management for Ramp team
  • Implement any changes to ROM based on discovered safety/efficiencies
  • Undertake decisions on risk ratings for various changes throughout the Ramp system
