Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Coordination Coordinate with sales management to track, review, and approve account and territory assignment changes. Partner with sales leaders to develop new sales territories and evaluate the performance of existing ones. Manage and update account hierarchies; identify and clean up duplicate or inactive accounts. Quota Management & Performance Tracking Create quarterly quotas and facilitate review sessions with sales teams. Track and update quotas throughout the quarter to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals. Support leadership in setting sales targets and calculating attainment rates. Analytics & Reporting Assist leadership with financial projections and return-on-investment analyses. Conduct ad hoc analytical projects to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with other analytical teams to ensure consistent and accurate data management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, named ranges, aggregation and array formulas, table design, and professional formatting).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with or interest in learning SQL and relational databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly reliable, organized, and trustworthy with strong time and task management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
