About The Position

Captivate is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated, ambitious professional eager to accelerate their career in Revenue Operations and Sales Strategy. As a Revenue Operations & Sales Strategy Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role at the intersection of Advertising Sales, Real Estate Sales, and Finance. Driving clarity, efficiency, and insights that directly shape Captivate's revenue growth. This isn’t just a reporting role, it’s a chance to own systems, optimize processes, and influence strategy. You’ll dive deep into Salesforce, Tableau, and financial data to ensure accurate forecasting, scalable workflows, and actionable insights for leadership. You’ll gain exposure to senior leadership, collaborate across functions, and help shape Captivate’s strategy. This role will report directly to the VP of Revenue Operations & Sales Strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or related analytical role
  • Advanced Excel skills with proven ability to analyze large datasets, build revenue models, and automate reports
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (required), Tableau, and Snowflake (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills—able to distill complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple competing priorities
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for improving business performance
  • Driven, inventive, and always learning—continuously looking for opportunities to raise the bar

Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce dashboards, opportunity data integrity, and pipeline tracking across ADS and RES
  • Support forecast accuracy by running pipeline weighting models, analyzing historical trends, and preparing weekly/monthly leadership updates
  • Own recurring reports and dashboards and board deck inputs
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to Finance, Sales, and Leadership teams to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure reconciliation of revenue data across Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, and Finance systems
  • Contribute to annual planning cycles including TAM builds, quota setting, and territory assignments
  • Run scenario models to test growth strategies, pricing approaches, and churn impacts
  • Support revenue leadership with insights into market expansion and performance trends
  • Lead initiatives to streamline deduplication, strengthen validation, and perform automation QA, resulting in reduced manual workload and greater operational efficiency
  • Partner with Tech and Finance to maintain data consistency and a single source of truth across systems
  • Document processes and standardize reporting definitions for cross-team alignment
  • Developing an understanding of Captivate’s advertising industry and media ecosystem, including programmatic buying, direct sales, CPM/UTL, and emerging revenue models, to bring context and insights into reporting and strategy
  • Becoming proficient in Captivate’s sales and reporting systems (Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, NetSuite, Celigo)
  • Actively supporting commission calculations, attainment, and incentive reporting
  • Participating in strategic reviews, quarterly business updates, and leadership planning sessions
