The Restaurant Technology Vendor Management Office plays a key role in ensuring high levels of technology stability in our restaurants through strong partnerships with IT vendors and Wendy’s franchisees, consistent vendor performance measurement and management, timely partner communication, swift escalation resolution, and interpretation and presenting data related to services and hardware improvements. The Analyst – Restaurant Technology VMO will report directly to the Manager – Restaurant Technology VMO. This role is responsible for coordinating information and analyzing basic data analysis using standard procedures and monitoring hardware adoption rates. The Analyst will contribute to vendor success through proactive communications and ensuring a white-glove experience for our restaurants when interacting with our vendor partners.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree preferred
  • 1-3 years experience in data analytics with large organization
  • Customer service oriented, demonstrates sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Practical knowledge of technology supply chain management
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates key vendor metrics and vendor scorecards; collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology trends and impacts to the Wendy’s System. These results will be presented to Restaurant Technology Teams for incorporation into the overall Restaurant Technology Strategy
  • Maintain high levels of excellence from vendor partners by maintaining metrics on a continuous basis. Demonstrate a sense of urgency when resolving escalations and executing deliverables.
  • Proactively communicates to key IT partners and franchisees related to imaging, product lifecycle management, and supply chain status and updates.
  • Collect, interpret, and present data related to restaurant tech hardware and services.
