About The Position

We are searching for the best talent for an Analyst, OTC Business Process Enablement in Raritan, NJ, Raynham, MA, Warsaw, IN, West Chester, PA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis for US based applicants and if approved by the Company Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. As part of the Capabilities OTC Business Process Enablement organization, this role will support changes related to process improvements, enhancements, and break/fix solutions on the Order to Cash system. They will be responsible for testing, performing root cause analysis and resolution of process issues that impact the Medical Technology franchises.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or University degree required; focused degree in Supply Chain, IT or business focus preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • The ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Validated experience in testing methodology
  • Process oriented
  • Knowledge of CSV, SOX, and GxP compliance requirement
  • Strong Analytical Skills, with technical competence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Successfully balance multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to meet commitments.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of supply chain interdependencies (end-to-end)
  • Demonstrated use of continuous improvement tools and methodology such as, Process Excellence, LEAN, and project management, to evaluate, challenge, and optimize business processes.
  • Change management skills
  • Experience in SAP Sales & Distribution Module
  • Experience in mymediset
  • Detailed understanding of MedTech Orthopaedics business processes and data
  • Experience using Supply Chain tech platforms (e.g. JIRA, Solman, IRIS etc.)
  • Validated experience working remotely with business partners, in a highly collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Support moderate size projects applying business knowledge, system expertise, strong decision-making skills and project management skills.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert with multi-functional team members for MedTech Orthopaedics OTC processes, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing status updates to the impacted business partners and IT teams.
  • Maintains a balance between business needs and strategies within IT standards to guide well-informed decisions.
  • Accountable for change management, communications, and partner alignment in support of process improvements, break/fix solutions and approved system improvements
  • Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, compliance, and IT organizations to develop end to end strategic solutions and root cause analysis.
  • Attend project status review and system change reviews for requirements gathering and scope definition.
  • Develop test plan changes, data mine for accurate valid test data in support of Business Simulation Testing (BST) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
