Targeted Victory is looking for an individual interested in working in our marketing department. This position will require the individual to possess a self-starter mentality and be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment. The position will help execute fundraising strategy for various clients, assist with list management, and complete various reporting projects. Applicants must be able to work in person at our Arlington, VA office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, a related degree, or 1 - 2 years experience in marketing or communication.
• Driven to learn more.
• Self-starter; grow in an environment where you find new solutions to problems;
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues at all levels; help to get a job done well and quickly.
• Ability to stay organized and perform tasks with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task several projects at one time.
• Ability to perform basic functions in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with client services team and industry leaders to execute fundraising strategy for various clients
• Work closely with our products team to ensure texts are getting delivered
• Track fundraising performance using internal reporting systems
• Assist with list management and work with the Data team on segmentation and targeting
• Provide strategic recommendations to help clients reach their fundraising goals.
