About The Position

Temp Rightech, a nationwide telecom, low voltage, and electrical staffing company has immediate openings for: Job Title: Analyst II Location: Dallas, TX Job Description: Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the security industry, and at least two (2) years’ experience in the software-level management and administration of complex integrated security solutions Factory trained and certified on the AMAG security system platform Factory trained and certified on the Lenel security system platform Minimum of two (2) years’ experience involving project management of multiple entities related to successful physical security system deployments at a facility and enterprise level Proven skill at facilitating complex, technical and operational installations, maintenance management and pro-active needs analysis Working knowledge of security operations and systems Ability to work in a team environment, as well as, independently with minimal supervision Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to written detail, drawings and data Skilled in organization and time management Receptive to process modifications and implementation Confidentiality, respect and professionalism

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the security industry, and at least two (2) years’ experience in the software-level management and administration of complex integrated security solutions
  • Factory trained and certified on the AMAG security system platform
  • Factory trained and certified on the Lenel security system platform
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience involving project management of multiple entities related to successful physical security system deployments at a facility and enterprise level
  • Proven skill at facilitating complex, technical and operational installations, maintenance management and pro-active needs analysis
  • Working knowledge of security operations and systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as, independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to written detail, drawings and data
  • Skilled in organization and time management
  • Receptive to process modifications and implementation
  • Confidentiality, respect and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Track inquiries using problem management database, ensures information is accurate, prioritized and appropriately assigned
  • Identify, evaluate and prioritize problems and complaints
  • Maintain records, troubleshoot, analyze data, reporting any errors or omissions to onsite manager
  • Effectively coordinate between team members, leading and directing work of others
  • Ongoing verification of knowledge base accuracy, to include site visits
  • Programming of security devices
  • Assist with metrics reporting, evaluating efficiencies and improving process
  • Interest and aptitude to resolve both internal and external issues
  • Special projects, as assigned
  • Maintain a satisfactory customer service record
