Job Description: Responsible for capturing and refining business and/or system requirements (based on specialization). Works with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture their requirements, and then working closely with the Development Team to refine the requirement into specifications that can be executed by the team. Possess a working knowledge of the business and/or technical domain based on their specialization. Leverages experience and understanding of stakeholder needs to help create a solution, envisions the solution to solve a problem (manual or through software). Performs Cost/Benefit Analysis to align the technology to business strategy. Gathers & catalogs functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests. Determines the impact of modifications and enhancements on the application. Acts as the product(s) subject matter expert to support scope and requirement decisions. Ensures changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies. Assists users and development team with application testing and troubleshooting, and may help configure test solutions to validate functional and system needs. Identifies, document and troubleshoot application related problems. Documents process, procedures and workflows associated with applications. Leads or participate in continuous improvement efforts; Building expertise in creating, analyzing, and improving processes. Creates, maintains and presents training materials for end-users. Individual contributor. Position Summary: We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Analytic Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-tasked environment and is passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical proficiency in Alteryx, SQL, and data visualization tools, while also bringing excellent communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional reporting needs.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in reporting and tracking metrics.
Demonstrated Proficiency in using Alteryx in connecting to banks data sources and processing data.
Proficient in converting SQL server views, stored procedures to Alt Alteryx.
Excellent visual design skills to provide summary information using graphs and indicators.
Ability to effectively communicate reports and solutions to various stakeholders
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows to connect with diverse data sources and automate data processing.
Translate SQL Server views and stored procedures into efficient Alteryx workflows.
Design intuitive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and other BI tools to summarize key metrics.
Present data findings through demos and reporting sessions, ensuring clarity and impact.
Communicate effectively—both orally and in writing—using concise, audience-appropriate language.
Serve as a reporting proxy in meetings, preparing and presenting relevant data summaries.
Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and drive results.
Work independently while managing multiple priorities with precision and attention to detail.
Embrace new tools, ideas, and approaches to continuously improve reporting processes.
