Job Overview: We are seeking an Analyst II, Home Office Technologies to deliver high‑quality Tier 2 support for end‑user computing environments across LPL’s corporate offices. This role ensures employees have reliable access to the devices, applications, and systems they depend on. The position focuses on resolving technical issues, supporting onboarding, enabling adoption of new technologies, and contributing to automation and knowledge improvements that enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to work fully onsite in an LPL corporate office to support in‑person employee technology needs.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Proficiency with workstation setup, remote connectivity (VPN), conference room technologies, and basic networking.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Citrix VDI, and mobile device support.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach to issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, conference room technologies, and remote connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, browsers, and LPL applications while meeting established SLAs.
  • Configure, deploy, reimage, and decommission devices in alignment with corporate standards and security policies.
  • Support remote and hybrid employees, including VPN connectivity, device setup, and mobility tools.
  • Contribute to knowledge base development, ITIL processes, and continuous improvement of support operations.
