Learn various Administrative processes that impact the payment cycle and customer experience Adjust bills within the AS400 to satisfy customer expectations Execute established queries without supervision Manipulate and analyze the output of various data sets and systems to uncover trends Report findings and recommendations that support continuous process improvement Effectively communicate with internal and external customers to obtain necessary customer requirements Assist Department Management with day-to-day operations Regular attendance is required.
