About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to manage royalty billing for franchises. The successful candidate will be responsible for invoicing, adjustments, and communication with franchise owners about discrepancies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and IF statements.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with invoicing and billing processes.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Sage software.
• Some accounting skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational and priority management skills.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle royalty billing for franchises.
• Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Make necessary billing adjustments.
• Communicate effectively with franchise owners regarding any billing discrepancies.
• Utilize Excel extensively, including Pivot Tables and IF statements.
