About The Position

Supports strategic initiatives in collaboration between IT and business units for the development, implementation and support of new systems and enhancements.  Assesses and interprets customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications, document and test system requirements. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.  Works collaboratively with the development team to configure, maintain and upgrade the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other related software under general supervision. Assists with maintaining the security of operating systems. Provides onsite support to the organization's internal users of ERP applications. Solve moderately complex problems.  Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Requires 3-5 years of experience in one or both of the following areas:
  • Oracle Fusion HCM experience preferred
  • Experience in single business areas and application (package and custom).
  • Experience implementing or supporting ERP related applications.
  • Requires experience with professional software.
  • Requires project management skills.
  • Requires experience facilitating/leading requirement gathering sessions.
  • Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience from an accredited institution.
