Dolese Delivers: Stable Foundation Treat with Respect Safe Environments Employee Focus JOB SUMMARY The IT Analyst is responsible for providing support to various business and customer facing operations and enterprise applications. This position will consult with users on how to efficiently utilize technology to ensure critical business applications remain operational and assist during application upgrades and new software implementations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Must possess a strong desire to learn new technologies and systems
General knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
Basic troubleshooting skills required
Proven hands-on experience supporting business applications
Good attention to detail and works well under pressure
Effective time-management skills
Ability to track, manage, and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
Must possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
High organizational skills and prioritization of tasks required
Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with good driving record
Ability to travel to various field locations for work purposes
Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends and on-call as needed
Lift, push, or pull objects of various dimensions up to 30 lbs. of weight occasionally
Ability to perform 80% sedentary work and tolerate prolonged standing/sitting/walking
Ability to repeatedly balance, bend from the trunk, crawl, kneel, push and pull objects
Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
Ability to verbally communicate, hear, and see

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred
Experience with document imaging or related applications is required
Some experience supporting business applications in an IT or operational role required
Experience with Doclink imaging applications is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or other ERP systems preferred
Microsoft SQL skills preferred

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support with a high level of customer service to users of operations and enterprise applications
Gather data from multiple sources, perform analytical assessments, interpret results, and recommend possible solutions to reported issues; partner with more senior IT Analysts on moderately complex issues
Effectively communicate new issues and resolutions to team members and fully document steps to resolve them
Define business and technical requirements based on business problems
Enable users within all departments to easily help themselves with the goal of keeping the company productive and eliminate IT as a bottleneck to fixing issues
Help identify areas of improvement and conceptualize methods on how to be more efficient
Assist with training others inside and outside the department on new solutions as necessary
Participate in new projects and application implementations as needed
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
