You will play a key role in supporting IRONMAN’s Business Development initiatives and data-driven storytelling. This individual will work closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to measure and communicate the economic, social, and brand impact of IRONMAN events globally. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent data visualization skills, and a passion for translating numbers into actionable insights. Collaborate with IRONMAN's agency partners to design, manage, and deliver economic impact studies and sponsorship valuation reports. Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources - including event operations, tourism boards, sponsors, and digital platforms. Build and maintain project management process to manage timelines, deliverables, and communicate due dates and expected report deliveries. Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel, Tableau, and other analytics tools to visualize key performance metrics. Support post-event analyses by identifying trends, measuring ROI, and benchmarking performance across markets and event types. Translate complex findings into clear, concise insights and presentations for executive, commercial, and partner audiences. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and methodological rigor in all measurement deliverables. Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance data quality and efficiency. Providing overarching support of the Global Partnerships and Event Business Development Revenue Operations and Business Intelligence team.
