Job Summary: The Quality Specialist supports daily operational quality requirements and plays a key role in maintaining compliance with AS9100 standards. This role performs process audits, collects and analyzes quality data, runs daily reports for the operations team, and supports continuous improvement efforts using Lean methodologies. The Quality Specialist also participates in Gemba walks, Kaizen events, and other CI activities to drive operational excellence and ensure consistent adherence to established processes.
