About The Position

The role provides actionable insights that enable compliant execution across Tractor Supply’s field operations. This role designs and maintains dashboards and analytics that compare required versus obtained licenses, delivering clear visibility into compliance posture, risk exposure, and performance. Serving as the subject matter expert for licensing platforms and reporting tools, the role ensures data integrity while partnering with field and enterprise leaders to support execution, continuous improvement, and scalable growth.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain field-level licensing reports and dashboards for Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents, as well as executive-level reporting that provides clear visibility into enterprise compliance posture and risk.
  • Develop analytics that compare expected licensing requirements to obtained licenses across stores, sales personnel, and regulated activities; identify gaps, trends, and anomalies to proactively surface compliance risks and opportunities.
  • Provide weekly snapshots of all missing and expiring licenses to Divisional Directors and Specialists for visibility and remediation.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes, systemic issues, and improvement opportunities; translate complex licensing data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership and field teams.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and system administrator for licensing platforms and reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy, system governance, user enablement, and alignment with evolving business and regulatory needs.
  • Partner closely with Licensing Analysts, Field Specialists, Divisional Directors, and Enterprise Leadership to support operational execution, performance measurement, continuous improvement initiatives, and scalable growth through reliable data and reporting.
