About The Position

Apollo is seeking a dynamic team member for our Corporate Marketing and Brand team. The ideal candidate is creative and a self-starter with strong communication skills, excellent project management capabilities and exceptional judgement. The candidate has demonstrated success in a Marketing organization, working across channels to amplify a leading brand across paid media, social and web. The candidate is innovative and strategic, while also organized and execution-oriented. The candidate will also have unquestionable integrity and be able to work collaboratively with teams across the firm. Help drive the development and execution of compelling B2B brand and corporate marketing campaigns, from brainstorming to development to activation across owned and paid, partnering across the team and with agency partners. Champion Apollo’s brand internally, managing employee brand requests and owning our brand management platform, helping to create visually compelling and consistent creative across the firm. Coordinate and provide general support across Corporate Marketing team including brand, paid media, social media, Apollo.com and reporting. Assist with ad hoc projects as needed. Develop presentations and materials for a senior audience.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of work experience in marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience at a financial firm preferred, with an understanding of financial concepts.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud (including Adobe Express), Figma and Google Analytics or other analytics platforms required.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to respond quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent project manager who is highly organized with very strong attention to detail.
  • Creative, with a keen understanding of design principles and how to translate visual identity guidelines to various mediums for maximum engagement, in alignment with our brand.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator, with the ability to translate complex financial matters into engaging content, tailored to a variety of channels and audiences.
  • Critical thinker who demonstrates excellent judgement in decision-making.
  • Demonstrates poise, tact, diplomacy and confidentiality in all matters.
