About The Position

The Analyst Asset Management leads operational activities that support Device as a Service (DaaS) Governance, IT Asset Management, Financial Compliance, and related KPIs.

Requirements

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance processes, technology adoption, and service reliability in alignment with company strategy.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications in ITIL, CITAM, or SACM. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience: 3-5 years experience in complete IT Asset lifecycle process, ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM/CMDB)
  • Technical aptitude with strong PC literacy skills. Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software environments.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements for end-user compute devices and services, performs coordination of DaaS program services—including, but not limited to, subscription fee and invoice reconciliation, conduct recurring forecasts with business partners and suppliers (covering analysis, strategy, and accuracy), and asset management activities such as supplier coordination for procurement, deployment, reclamation, certification, and other procedural requirements
  • Monitors supplier compliance to company operational and financial policies, monitors contractual key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintains accurate and timely data to enable effective reporting, seamless system integration and processing, as well as robust security and financial management
  • Assists with ecosystem of third-party providers, including supply chain health and invoicing/billing procedures, manages quality and security levels, and optimizes process for efficiency and costs
  • Responds to and manages events using defined processes and behaviors, engages with relevant stakeholders
