About The Position

The Asset Management Analyst monitors portfolio performance and supports investor reporting, financial modeling, and operational analysis. This role assists with budgeting, capital projects, acquisitions and dispositions, and ongoing asset oversight to help preserve and maximize property value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of real estate investment, financial analysis, and property operations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high ethical standards and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance, including occupancy, rent growth, NOI, delinquencies, utilities, work orders, and budget variances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership and investors, including narratives and recommendations.
• Maintain financial models, budget templates, and performance tracking tools.
• Support annual budgeting, revenue management audits, and utility audits.
• Track mortgage information, real estate taxes, escrow transfers, and assist with tax appeals.
• Coordinate lender inspections and capital improvement project oversight, including invoice review and site visits (up to 15% travel).
• Assist with due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Manage and organize national vendor contracts and relationships.
• Provide operational reporting and analytical support across the asset management platform.
