About The Position

Bring your energy to Aggreko as an Asset Management Analyst based in New Iberia, LA or Pearland, TX. You’ll be responsible for optimizing Aggreko's fleet utilization, managing the full lifecycle of our fleet and non-fleet assets, and ensuring accurate reporting and visibility of equipment status. What you’ll do as an Asset Management Analyst: Primary focus will be owning/leading the end-to-end fleet disposal process, including identification of disposal candidates, timing strategy, valuation alignment, identifying and fostering relationships with direct buyers, cross-functional coordination, and execution to maximize recovery value. Additional focus includes optimizing fleet utilization and managing the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including acquisition, tracking, capitalization, and disposal with intent to improve fleet management processes for efficiency and effectiveness Focus on 'end-of-life' assets to ensure proper disposal or sale, maximizing gains on asset sales while enhancing active fleet performance Maintain high visibility of fleet status, including utilization by set size, equipment under repair or inspection, turnaround timelines, and rehires Ensure accurate and timely recording of fixed assets, including reconciliation of physical asset counts and updating asset records

Requirements

  • Able to provide a bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • PC literate in a Microsoft Office environment (Largely Excel & PowerPoint), experienced with an ERP system (preferred)
  • Skilled with proven, effective skills of networking, negotiation, communication and influencing without authority in all levels of an organization
  • Report driven to visualize, gather information, analyze, articulate analysis, and make predictions based upon data analysis
  • Able to maintain high visibility of fleet status, including utilization by set size, equipment under repair or inspection, turnaround timelines, and rehires
