Amplify Program Manager Description - The North America Amplify program manager is a critical member of the team who leads a virtual cross-functional team in the development and launch of the Commercial Tier 2 Amplify Programs. Responsibilities: First point of contact for the North America sales force on anything directly related to the Amplify program that is managed. Driving focused plan of record items. Update program terms, conditions, supporting tools and process. Ensure these terms and processes are implemented. Manage external and internal communication about the program, program documentation and user guides that are published on the partner portal. Drives and presents external focused webinars 1-2 times a year as needed. Partner facing Amplify Presentations as needed. Manage exception approval requests by gathering and summarizing the facts needed by category to decide to approve or deny the request. Resolve ad hoc issues and conflicts. Provide analysis that will aid in decision making, especially when we’re considering changing certain program terms. Potentially running local programs, deal registration and partner target setting as required. Linkages: The role requires working with different stakeholders and resolving their issues. Some of these issues may prompt the program manager to update the program terms or update the user guides and program documentations. Maintain routine engagement and communication with the Amplify Strategy team and key country stakeholders such as Categories, Channel Sales teams, Sales Operations, Partner Experience and Support Teams. Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or partner program management would be an advantage. Able to communicate and work cross functionally and with different levels of people. Has the business acumen to analyse a situation and come up with a proposed solution. Strong Execution management- Attentive to details, able to translate implementation of program terms into process steps for execution. Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point Strong Communication skills, comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences Education and Experience Required: BA or BS in Marketing or related field Partner, sales, industry, channel experience or equivalent.
