About The Position

This position will report to the AMMM Business Operations Senior Manager as the execution Business Lead for Domestic programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for USG efforts and should have an understanding of FAR and USG contracting. Must be able to provide day to day support and leadership of Business Management initiatives. A broad range of financial acumen will be required for this position including a familiarity of business processes associated with Proposals, Contracts, Estimating, Financial Planning, EVMS, Independent Cost Estimating and others. This candidate will lead overall Financial oversight associated with new and existing contracts ensuring assignments have a sound cost / financial baselines, budget targets, conducting financial risk assessments and ensuring accurate financial forecasts. This position requires the ability to understand, create and report on Orders, Sales, Cash and Earnings. Support the proposal development process and negotiations up to and through contract award. This position will also support the establishment of the program baselines to support budgets and Estimate-at-Completion planning. Other responsibilities will include the identification of areas for cost improvement and support the implementation of recommended corrective actions, Support Contract Status Reviews on program financial status. Communication skills; both verbal and oral, will be key to success in this position since this individual will be required to coordinate across multiple program and functional competencies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college
Financial Analysis or contract administration experience
Experience in proposal, negotiations, or execution of programs

Nice To Haves

Experience in program execution including budgeting and performance reporting which may include estimate at complete exercises
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy of work products
Excellent communication skills and exhibit a proactive, problem solving, cost conscious and company focused mindset

Responsibilities
