You will be the Program Management Staff – Level 4 for the Program Management Office which is responsible for delivering classified programs on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements

The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to be considered.
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
Program or Project Management Experience
Technical Experience or Engineering Background
Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise‑level planning and execution strategy across the contract portfolio.
Serve as the primary interface with government, contractor leadership, and functional organizations.
Develop and nurture customer relationships while identifying additional Lockheed Martin business opportunities.
Establish milestones, monitor master schedules, and integrate external schedules to ensure alignment.
Apply risk‑management processes to identify program challenges and implement corrective solutions.
