You will be the Program Management Staff – Level 4 for the Program Management Office which is responsible for delivering classified programs on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements

  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to be considered.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
  • Program or Project Management Experience
  • Technical Experience or Engineering Background
  • Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise‑level planning and execution strategy across the contract portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary interface with government, contractor leadership, and functional organizations.
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships while identifying additional Lockheed Martin business opportunities.
  • Establish milestones, monitor master schedules, and integrate external schedules to ensure alignment.
  • Apply risk‑management processes to identify program challenges and implement corrective solutions.
