About The Position

Who we are looking for The Global Realty Regional Director for Americas is responsible for the strategic management of the owned and leased facilities across the North and South America, including the United States, Canada and various South America and Caribbean locations. The incumbent will be charged with overseeing facilities operations, portfolio planning, acquisitions and disposals, project and move management, crisis management and achieving financial operating budget for Americas properties. What you will be responsible for Create a regional strategic plan to continually identify financial opportunities, efficiency improvements, and flexibility enhancements throughout the portfolio Identify how individual real estate decisions can be more closely aligned with the global portfolio strategy Develop and implement space utilization strategies for the company Maximize value potential to the company without sacrificing service delivery Allocate and manage all physical office space Serve as the senior point of contact for all property management issues in the Americas Monitor all ongoing projects and facilitate effective communication between contractors and other third-party vendors Build relationships with outsourced providers, to refine service delivery execution, to refine best practices, and to disseminate information throughout the firm Develop talent and improve organizational effectiveness Travel periodically in conjunction with real estate operations Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required Advanced business or other advanced degree preferred 15 or more years of corporate real estate experience Proven ability to cultivate business relationships Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving skills Proven self-starter who can work independently and with teams, effectively juggle multiple priorities, and has a strong track record of delivering outstanding results Excellent written and verbal communication skills Are you the right candidate? If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
