Outbound Logistics - Program manager oversees collaboration with cross functional internal partners as lead for outbound logistics operations related to specific fulfillment channels . Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics, or related fields with 3 years transportation industry experience.
• Proficient in analyzing large, complex datasets for data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation within Logistics environment leading to actionable improvements.
• A keen eye for design and proven ability to tell compelling stories leveraging data visualization tools like Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or Power BI.
• A proactive problem-solver capable of delivering end-to-end project solutions in a highly collaborative, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong curiosity for understanding business needs and translating them into tangible analytical outputs that lead to meaningful impact

Nice To Haves

• MS/MBA preferred
• Can easily cut through ambiguity and can rapidly understand complex business process and details
• Proven ability to operate comfortably and effectively in a fast-paced, highly-matrixes, rapidly changing environment
• Proven ability to identify and implement automation opportunities, including the use of AI, LLM, and programing proficiency
• Formal continuous improvement background (Six Sigma or LEAN) with a focus on root cause analysis
• Experience in a fast moving industry (high tech, consumer electronics, logistics) is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Identification and management of designated Logistics projects and programs to improve overall logistics execution to improve customer satisfaction
• Development and execution of appropriate SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) in Americas transportation network in support of the various AMR business segments
• Working and planning with supplier base on key events such as Peak season and New Product Introductions.
• Development and execution of transportation strategy in support of Americas Logistics region
• Working with cross functional teams within the Americas Operations team to introduce, develop and implement new transportation programs while also providing key business management reporting on the Americas transportation network performance.
• Partnering with cross functional teams on identifying and implementing quantifiable cost savings.
• Development of team dashboards using Tableau/ThoughtSpot to improve overall Apple service to customers
• Management/support of cross functional team identified projects directly related to domestic logistics transportation
