About The Position

We are looking for a talented CAL Inbound & Outbound Logistics Manager to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Cummins’ business in Ladson, SC. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Drive daily production performance by ensuring teams meet or exceed safety, quality, and throughput targets. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment through consistent housekeeping standards and proactive hazard mitigation. Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by partnering with operations, quality, and safety teams to implement improvements that boost efficiency. Elevate team performance by providing clear expectations, continuous feedback, and timely guidance to support goal achievement. Build capability within the workforce by coaching and mentoring team members to improve skill proficiency and confidence. Identify performance or knowledge gaps and lead the development of targeted training plans that align with operational needs. Foster a high-engagement culture where team members feel supported, informed, and accountable for their contributions.
