About The Position

In this role, you will take full ownership of driving commercial success across one of the world’s most influential eCommerce platforms. You will shape strategy, optimize execution, and deliver measurable growth by combining strong analytical skills with hands-on operational leadership. Working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, you will partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to elevate performance and customer experience. This position offers significant visibility, impact, and responsibility, spanning sales execution, channel marketing, and performance optimization. You will play a central role in accelerating growth, improving profitability, and enhancing brand presence. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with at least 5 years of experience in eCommerce, Amazon operations, digital retail, or channel marketing.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon business performance using Vendor Central and or Seller Central.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and experience building dashboards and performance reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience in channel marketing, paid media optimization, conversion rate improvement, and product launch execution.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day business performance across Amazon, driving revenue growth, margin optimization, and operational excellence.
  • Execute sales plans, manage pricing and promotions, monitor inventory health, and resolve operational issues using data-driven insights.
  • Lead channel marketing initiatives, including paid media, advertising optimization, and product detail page enhancements to improve traffic and conversion.
  • Drive product launches, brand campaigns, and content optimization in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Manage assortment strategy, category performance, competitive positioning, and lifecycle transitions for products.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards, analyze KPIs, and translate insights into actionable business improvements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across teams.
