About The Position

The Amazon Account Coordinator will ensure operational excellence, maintain high catalog health, and support the growth of the wholesale partnership with Amazon in the US. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with data, and can navigate the often-complex "Amazon way" of doing business.

Requirements

  • A self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying and pursuing new opportunities
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate across the entire organization
  • A deep understanding of the global retail eco-system including digital and ad spend
  • Creative, with an eye to develop new and innovative solutions
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably specifically within Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) are a must.
  • A "detective" mindset to find the root cause of catalog glitches or shipping discrepancies.
  • Collaborative, working cross-functionally across different teams while also working well independently
  • Ability to use high judgement to make decisions that drive the business
  • Ability to write concise, effective tickets to Amazon Support (that actually get resolved)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain New Item Setups (NIS) via Vendor Central
  • Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, and descriptions) to improve SEO and conversion
  • Manage Brand Store updates and A+ Content submissions
  • Monitor and resolve "Amazon Contributions" or listing suppressions
  • Monitor daily POs (Purchase Orders) and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure on-time fulfillment
  • ManageShortages and Chargebacks: Investigate why Amazon is docking pay and dispute invalid claims to recover revenue
  • Oversee inventory health, monitoring "Weeks of Supply" (WOS) and flagging potential out-of-stock (OOS) risks
  • Manage administrative workflows, including submitting and tracking backend tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Track weekly and monthly sales performance (Ordered Product Sales vs. Shipped COGS)
  • Monitor "Born to Run" or "Vine" program performance to kickstart new product momentum
  • Reconcile promotional credits and co-op billing
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure advertising (Amazon Ads) aligns with inventory levels
  • Monitor and communicate order issues within Amazon and internal systems, helping to resolve discrepancies quickly and effectively
  • Assist in preparing for Business Reviews (QBRs) with Amazon Vendor Managers (VMs)
