About The Position

The (Temporary) Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting and driving retail sell out performance across assigned accounts through strong partnership, consistent store execution, education, and operational excellence. This role acts as the on the ground brand ambassador, supporting visual merchandising, training, events, and inventory health while identifying opportunities to grow the business. The Account Coordinator partners closely with retailers, internal teams, and field leadership to elevate brand presence and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in beauty, retail management, sales support, or similar field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and in-person.
  • Comfort analyzing data and communicating insights to teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship building skills and customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite; familiarity with retail reporting tools a plus.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sell out performance at the store level to achieve sales targets for assigned accounts, markets, and region.
  • Analyze retail sales data (store, category, SKU level) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Provide weekly business insights and recommendations to field and corporate teams to support strategic decisions.
  • Support sell in/sell through alignment by monitoring stock levels, replenishment needs, and merchandising execution.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with store management, beauty advisors, and retail teams to support the brand’s growth.
  • Conduct regular store visits with clear agendas, follow-up notes, and action plans.
  • Communicate priorities and brand strategies clearly across store teams, tailoring style and tone to different stakeholders.
  • Partner with stores to plan in person or virtual visits focused on growth-driving initiatives.
  • Support execution of in-store events, activations, new launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage local event planning, logistics, execution, and post-event reporting including ROI and key learnings.
  • Support high touch experiences such as sampling, demonstrations, and clienteling initiatives as needed.
  • Coordinate training sessions (virtual and in person) for store teams, ensuring strong product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Assist in maintaining updated training materials and support onboarding of new beauty associates.
  • Track retail team engagement in education platforms, webinars, and ongoing learning programs.
  • Support merchandising execution across accounts including upkeep of displays, testers, visuals, and product presentation.
  • Ensure marketing programs, seasonal setups, and new launches are executed according to brand standards.
  • Track inventory levels and collaborate with internal sales operations to resolve stock, sample, and replenishment needs.
  • Maintain tools such as trackers, dashboards, and reports to monitor account performance.
  • Submit weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting to corporate partners, including insights from store visits and business analysis.
  • Prepare recaps that highlight wins, risks, and recommended next steps to drive performance.
  • Participate in pre-season planning meetings and follow up with stores on priorities and execution expectations.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal departments including sales, education, marketing, and operations.
  • Represent the brand in a positive, professional manner that enhances trust with retail partners.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, solution-oriented thinking, and strong interpersonal skills across diverse store teams.
  • Act as a liaison between retailer needs and internal brand strategies, ensuring alignment and consistent execution.

  • This is a temporary to permanent position with an estimated 3-month initial employment.
  • The estimated hourly range for this position is $29 - $31.
