About The Position
As the Amada Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for punching, bending, seating, flanging, and top flanging material to the specifications contained within work orders and production drawings in such a manner as to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, lean and production goals. Work independently and take initiatives to meet production deadlines and KPI’s. Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Manufacturing production experience (2 years)
- Sit down forklift certification (or ability to be certified)
- Understanding how to read a tape measure, protractor, and square.
Responsibilities
- Set up machine for required operation (bending, flanging, seating, top flanging) and manufacture parts according to prints and work orders.
- Perform quality inspections to drawings and specifications per procedures and communicate with department leadership regarding issues and improvements.
