About The Position

This dual-role position is responsible for operating and maintaining Amada turret punch press machines while also supporting daily shipping and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have strong machine operation experience along with knowledge of outbound shipping coordination.

Requirements

• Experience operating Amada turret punch press machines required
• Knowledge of machine programming and tooling management
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with material handling and quality control processes
• Familiarity with shipping methods (LTL, FTL, parcel, ocean freight)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a production and logistics environment

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate Amada turret punch press machines (AE2510NT-T45 or similar)
• Perform drilling, punching, and forming operations according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Manage tooling selection, setup, and maintenance
• Ensure product quality through inspections and adherence to standards
• Handle materials and ensure proper machine loading/unloading
• Coordinate daily outbound shipments using LTL, FTL, small parcel, and ocean freight
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation
• Work with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays
