Work closely with the Program Director and other Program Managers to support a range of programmatic and operational initiatives within the Allied Health and Nursing Workforce Team Negotiate contracts, monitor grants, develop budgets, and serve as the college liaison with external agencies, organizations, and individuals to establish partnerships and generate new or sustained enrollments, FTE, and revenue Evaluate faculty through classroom and online class observation Manage staff and student support operations to ensure high-quality learning experiences Lead regulatory compliance and renewal processes for applicable programs Conduct market research to inform new course offerings and program development Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to promote programs and streamline operations Support course creation and instructional design within Canvas Serve as the primary point of contact for Allied Health and Nursing program coordination Oversee instructor recruitment, hiring, onboarding, supervision, and evaluation-including licensed/certified health professionals and part-time course developers
