This onsite position puts you at the center of the action-helping to keep airport operations safe, efficient, and compliant with federal regulations while supporting the travel experience of thousands of passengers each day. What You'll Do Monitor daily airport operations and ensure compliance with federal safety regulations. Conduct routine inspections of runways, taxiways, and airport facilities. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and operational issues with professionalism. Coordinate with multiple departments to keep operations running seamlessly. Support passenger services and represent the airport with a calm, problem-solving approach. Bachelor's degree in a related field required (equivalent education/experience may be considered).
Knowledge of FAR Parts 139 and 77 and TSR Part 1542 is required.
Must meet TSA security requirements for unescorted access.
Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays
Valid Virginia driver's license and insurable driving record required.

Nice To Haves

AAAE ACE (Ops), Certified Member (C.M.), or AMPAP/IAP designation desirable.
Experience working in a part 139 certified airport environment preferred
