Envoy Air, an American Airlines Group Company, is seeking an Airport Agent for Ramp and Customer Service at EYW. The role involves both customer service duties, such as greeting passengers, assisting with check-in and ticketing, rebooking itineraries, and issuing boarding passes using reservation/ticketing software, and ramp duties, including the safe loading, unloading, and sorting of freight, mail, and baggage to ensure on-time departures and arrivals. Agents will also operate company vehicles on the tarmac and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexibility through shift trading and opportunities for overtime. Shifts may vary and include irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
