Envoy Air, an American Airlines Group Company, is seeking Airport Agents for Ramp and Customer Service at Corpus Christi International Airport. This entry-level position offers a stable, fun, secure, and fast-growing team environment, committed to providing outstanding customer service. No experience is required, and paid on-the-job training and development programs are provided. The role involves both customer service duties, such as greeting passengers, check-in, ticketing, rebooking itineraries, and issuing boarding passes using reservation/ticketing software, and ramp duties, including lifting and loading/unloading freight, mail, and baggage. Agents will work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, operating company vehicles on the tarmac. The position offers flexibility with shift trading and available overtime, with shifts varying and including irregular/extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
