About The Position
SAIC is seeking an experienced, Full-time Air Traffic Control Instructor to join the Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team at the Miami ATCT / TRACON (MIA) in Miami, FL. This role supports the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) by providing air traffic controller training services. The CTS Instructor is a hands-on position responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and/or simulation laboratory training to a diverse group of students, including developmental air traffic controllers and Certified Professional Controllers (CPC). The FAA relies on a well-trained ATC workforce to ensure a high level of safety and professionalism for the flying public, managing over 50,000 aircraft daily in the National Airspace System (NAS). SAIC provides comprehensive training and training program support to prepare students to become fully certified air traffic controllers across all types and levels of ATC facilities.
