The instructor will collaborate with customer or internal functional organizations to develop, enhance, and evaluate new or existing learning objectives and course content. Responsibilities also include creating course content, training materials, visual aids, and documentation for various instructional formats (lecture, lab, field, CBT, WBT). The role may involve developing exam materials, testing, and qualitatively evaluating participant learning. Continuous monitoring and evaluation of training programs, assessment of results, and implementation of enhancements are also part of the job. Trainers may administer programs and conduct post-training follow-ups to determine the applicability of course material or training approaches.
