Proven track record in product management within a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
Ability to rapidly prototype new features independently, without the need for additional engineering assistance, showcasing a high degree of technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of new 0-1 Gen AI feature prototyping from concept to launch, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Manage the alpha and beta testing phases, gather user feedback, and refine features to ensure they meet user needs and business goals.
Coordinate with the broader product team for scaling features from 1-10 rollout, ensuring smooth transitions and knowledge transfer.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals, ensuring timely delivery of new features and improvements.
Conduct user research and analyze data to gain deep insights into customer needs and behaviors, driving informed product decisions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, engineers, and customers, to align on product vision and progress.
