Requirements

  • 5+ years in AI, ML, or advanced analytics, plus 2–3 years in consulting, preferably with clients in regulated industries that are subject to strict data regulations.
  • Hands-on experience leading change management and driving adoption of AI solutions in the enterprise; experience with adoption of Generative AI solutions preferred.
  • A deep understanding of ethical AI principles and a passion for advancing trustworthy AI practices. Working knowledge of AI governance, with certification (e.g., IAPP AIGP or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong ML/AI fundamentals to set expectations with clients and translate requirements to delivery teams.
  • Proven executive communication and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and credibly.

Responsibilities

  • Galvanize new and expanded business by articulating the value of AI solutions in driving business transformation.
  • Translate client pain points and goals into strategic objectives, requirements for potential solutions that can be readily deployed, and process improvement.
  • Support our internal technical teams through ideation and scoping of AI solutions to high-value problems including data collection, risk management, and ongoing deployment.
  • Shape the next generation of confident AI leaders through educational and enablement sessions – with both internal and external stakeholders – to demystify AI/ML concepts, guide design thinking exercises, and drive adoption with a focus on explainability, trust, value creation, and risk management.
  • Develop and deliver AI strategy and governance roadmaps — build intake and prioritization frameworks, business cases, KPIs, and ROI models; align client initiatives to standards like NIST AI RMF and sector regulations.
  • Communicate insights and progress to executives — produce executive-ready presentations, concise reports on value realization, and governance updates while cultivating long-term, trusted client relationships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, cultivating long-term relationships and exploring opportunities to expand the impact of AI across their organizations.
  • Advocate for the integration of AI strategy across our organization, championing its consideration at every phase of every project — not merely at inception or final evaluation, and not solely within the confines of explicitly AI-focused work, but as a guiding principle woven throughout all initiatives.
  • Contribute to Further’s thought leadership in AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and emerging AI technologies through public speaking, writing, and community engagement.
