Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant technical experience in AI, machine learning, or software engineering.
• Proven expertise in building, implementing, or scaling AI applications, including multi-agent systems.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, transformer architectures, and evaluation of AI agent performance.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles and AI development practices.
• Ability to analyze, anticipate, and adapt to trends in AI technology.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, taking initiative to create processes and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical authority for AI solutions, guiding customers and internal teams on practical applications and best practices.
• Lead early-stage implementation and adoption of AI products, ensuring activation, engagement, and retention.
• Develop and document Solutions Engineering playbooks and frameworks that scale across multiple clients and teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback, validate technical feasibility, and align solutions with strategic objectives.
• Build integrations, technical content, and architectural documentation to support customer adoption and product evangelism.
• Represent the product externally through webinars, conferences, and strategic partner engagements.
• Mentor and enable internal teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and consistent implementation of AI solutions.
