THE ROLE: In this role, you will coordinate and execute AI software and developer marketing plans and event content programs. You’ll ensure effective alignment across multiple teams, manage content workflows and creative production, and provide input to senior stakeholders on messaging and audience engagement. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage concurrent deliverables while meeting demanding timelines and supporting strategic direction from senior leadership. You will also help evolve how AMD presents its AI story through in-event experiences, ensuring narrative consistency, including integrating event content into digital, web, and community channels to maximize reach and engagement. THE PERSON: You are a marketing professional with experience in AI and software-focused programs. You excel at leading complex content initiatives across events, digital platforms, and creative channels. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you can multi-task across workstreams while maintaining alignment with an approved strategic direction. You collaborate effectively with product, creative, developer relations, developer marketing, partner, and event teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality content that advances business goals. You adapt quickly to new tools and evolving priorities, balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking. You actively seek opportunities to contribute to content planning and measurement, using insights and performance data to drive continuous improvement.   • Lead cross-functional alignment for AI content programs spanning editorial planning, event content capture, and post-production workflows.
  • Develop innovative content tailored for developer audiences to drive engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts, peer organizations and ISV partners to create content that resonates with AI developers and technical audiences.
  • Lead keynote and event content development, ensuring alignment with strategic messaging and timely delivery.
  • Gather and analyze content performance data and insights to guide ongoing planning and optimization.
  • Partner with cross-AMD BU product teams to ensure event content reflects the latest technology advancements.
  • Ensure consistent application of AMD’s AI messaging across global and regional events.
  • Contribute to post-event reviews to capture learnings and refine future programs.
  • Background in marketing, event or program management within technology-driven sectors.
  • Experience supporting developer-facing content and community channels (e.g., YouTube, Reddit, Discord) and understanding how developers engage with technical content.
  • Proven ability to develop compelling narratives and manage diverse content initiatives.
  • Experience marketing to developers and familiarity with popular AI software stacks.
  • Use of AI tools to automate workflows and enhance content quality.
  • Understanding of how technical storytelling drives product adoption and ecosystem engagement.
  • Advanced degree or certification in Marketing, Event Management, or related discipline is desirable.
  • Coursework or certification in AI, developer marketing, or digital content strategy is a plus.
